We do not accept returns on decorated items. Returns are only accepted under the rare occurance of defective merchandise.

If an order is being placed through the web, please double check your order. Any order received from the web will be considered approved upon receipt.

1. Items that have been damaged by the consumer are not refundable. (Example: shrinkage due to improper handling, usage stains, snags or holes due to work environment)

2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

3. Claims without an Order # or over 15 Days from receipt will be refused.

4. Defective items will be replaced with the same product style, size, and color.
